Refund and Return Policy

1,Customers must submit return requests within 30 calendar days of the product’s delivery date (confirmed by logistics tracking).  To apply a return or refund, please reach out us via email info@cderella.com. Devices that have passed 30 calendar days since delivery are not eligible for a refund.

2,Items to be returned must remain in brand-new, unused condition and be shipped back in their original packaging. We highly suggest you to keep the product packaging for 30 calendar days after you receive the item.

3,For items returned within 30 calendar days but without original packaging or that have been used, a 20% handling fee will be applied. No handling fee will be charged if items are returned within 30 calendar days in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. Cderella reserves the right to reject any return based on the condition of the returned goods. Once your return is approved, we will send the delivery address to you via email.

4,The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping. You must send the product to the address we provide via email and inform us of the return tracking number. If customs fees are required to receive the returned package, these fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

5,This refund policy does not cover device damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper voltage supply, misuse, inadequate packaging, or improper use before completing the required training course.

6,Customers are obligated to properly package the product for return to Cderella to prevent potential damage during transit. Any damage resulting from improper packaging or insufficient protection inside the shipping box is the customer’s responsibility. Each accessory must be individually packaged and carefully protected with materials such as bubble wrap or polystyrene foam. Additionally, any screens on the device must be carefully covered during shipping. Returned items must be securely fixed inside the packaging, and accessories must be properly protected to avoid damage from movement during transit.

7,Customized products are final sale items. They do not qualify for returns, exchanges, alterations, or modifications.

8,Refunds are dependent on the condition of the device, its packaging, and the purchase date, and they require pre-authorization. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 90 days.

9,Any damage caused during shipping or handling must be reported to Cderella within 24 hours of receiving the product. Valid proof (including clear photos/videos of the outer packaging, inner protection, and the damaged product itself) is required to support the claim.
